Equipment Features Introduction
Working Principle:
The fiber laser marking machine uses a laser beam to create permanent marks on the surface of various materials. The marking effect is achieved by evaporating surface material to reveal deeper layers, inducing chemical or physical changes in the surface material to "engrave" traces, or burning away portions of the material to display desired patterns, text, barcodes, or other graphics. The term "fiber laser marking machine" refers to a marking machine that uses a fiber laser, which is characterized by its compact size (no water-cooling device, uses air cooling), excellent beam quality (fundamental mode), and maintenance-free operation.
Product Application Range:
Widely used in integrated circuit chips, molds, microelectronics, computer accessories, industrial bearings, watches, bathroom fixtures, electronic and communication products, aerospace components, automotive parts, household appliances, hardware tools, molds, wires and cables, food packaging, jewelry, medical equipment, tobacco, military applications, and many other fields for marking graphics and text, as well as high-volume production line operations.

Scanning Galvanometer

M Series High-Speed Scanning Galvanometer
The M series high-speed scanning galvanometer can support a 10mm spot size reflective lens, with a maximum incident spot diameter of 10mm. It is used in applications such as optical scanning, laser marking, drilling, micro-machining, and the medical industry.
This optical scanning system features high speed, low drift, high positioning accuracy, and reliable and stable operation. Its overall performance has reached a leading level in China and is mainly used for high-speed and online dynamic marking with fiber lasers, YAG lasers, and other laser types.
Supports the XY2-100 international standard protocol.
Lens λ=1064nm

F-theta Scanning Lens
The F-theta scanning lens, also known as a field lens, flat-field focusing lens, or linear lens, has an image height equal to the focal length multiplied by the scanning angle (y = f * θ). Unlike conventional focusing lenses that concentrate the laser beam into a single point, the F-theta lens disperses the laser beam to multiple points across the scanning area or workpiece, forming uniformly sized focused spots across the entire marking plane.
Equipment requirements for on-site environment
No. | Item | Requirement |
---|---|---|
1 | Power Supply | AC220V±5%, 50Hz/60Hz, 5Amp |
2 | Working Environment | Good air circulation, no dust, no oil mist |
3 | Ambient Conditions | Temperature: 10-35℃, Relative Humidity: 30% ≤ RH ≤ 85% |
4 | Ground Requirements | Continuous, flat, dry concrete ground, no vibration |
Environmental and Operational Requirements
⊙ Humidity: 30% ≤ RH ≤ 85% (RH, Relative Humidity: the ratio of the mass of water vapor in a given volume of air to the mass of water vapor in saturated air at the same temperature and pressure, expressed as a percentage). Exceeding this humidity range may cause condensation, requiring the installation of air conditioning during use.
⊙ Power Grid Requirements: 220V; 50Hz/60Hz.
⊙ Power Grid Fluctuation: ±15%. The ground wire of the grid must meet international standards. In areas with voltage fluctuations exceeding 15%, an electronic automatic voltage regulator and current stabilizer should be installed.
⊙ Electromagnetic Interference: There should be no strong electromagnetic signal interference near the installation site. Avoid proximity to radio transmission stations (or relay stations).
⊙ Ground Vibration: Ground amplitude < 50μm; vibration acceleration < 0.05g. Avoid proximity to high-impact machinery such as stamping equipment.
⊙ Space Requirements: Ensure a smoke-free and dust-free environment, avoiding workplaces with heavy dust from activities like metal polishing or grinding.
⊙ Air Pressure: 86-106 kPa.
⊙ Static Protection: In certain environments, anti-static flooring and enhanced shielding should be installed.
Maintenance and Upkeep
1) Regularly (once a month) clean dust from the machine’s interior to ensure cleanliness. The cleaning frequency can be adjusted based on the machine’s environment.
2) The maximum processing power should be kept below 90%. Operating above 90% power for extended periods can lead to rapid laser power degradation, reducing service life.
3) Operating the machine in a humid environment may cause short circuits or damage to internal components.
4) To ensure normal system operation, daily cleaning and maintenance are required. As a precision device, the machine requires extra care during maintenance. After each work session, clean the environment to ensure it is dust-free and tidy, then clean the equipment, including the outer surface of the main unit, the control cabinet, the optical system cover, and the worktable, ensuring they are free of debris, dust, and clean.
5) Lenses must not be touched with fingers or wiped with alcohol or other solvents. Use dust-free paper for cleaning.
